Sample ceremony 1
Marriage is a journey, a process of the two becoming one. You have decided to embark on this journey already having committed yourselves to sharing the quest of oneness.
Love is a very important part, perhaps the most important part of marriage, especially when that love is committed. Love is a power, a process and love is a decision. There are many times when we have the choice as to what to do, to say and what to think in relating to each other, how to respond to one another, whether we are attached or detached, whether it is physical, mental or emotional. But we can always choose to love, to be available in love. And of course communication is essential, to say and show and be real and honest about what is going on inside you.
We have gathered together today to celebrate and acknowledge with you that you have chosen the path of oneness to share, to love and grow together. And we share with you the joy that comes from living in the depths of love.

Ceremony 2
I greet you and bless you.
To our assembled guests, on behalf of (bride and groom) I welcome you.
With joy and awe we welcome you to this moment in your lives and to the place you have come to in each other’s hearts. We join with you on this day as you proclaim your love and commitment for one another.
I remind all of our guests that you have been invited here, not just to witness, but also to participate fully with your thoughts and prayers by giving your blessing to this couple in their union and their life together. You are here because (bride and groom) feel close to you and ask that you join with them in this dedication of sacred purpose. You are their friends and family and you here represent all their relations, past, present and forever more. They have chosen this act of marriage and this public spiritual ceremony in which to proclaim their love. And they welcome your blessing.
(To the bride and groom)
Both of you have trusted your heart to guide you on your journey toward finding one another. By embracing yourselves as unique individuals, you can embrace each other to form this eternal union. As you surrender your separate self in this commitment you will actually surrender to a much greater self and awaken and grow together in love. Open your hearts to love in one another and in yourself.
